Aquatica: Cold Waters Exp. (EN)

For centuries, the waters of Aquatica have been peaceful and prosperous. Then the cold waters of the North Ocean rush into the warm waters of the realm, underwater volcanoes erupt and the Royal City is reduced to ashes. While the four Sea-Kings fight over the crown, northern nations, unknown until now, arrive with their strange creatures to claim their share of the resources. The polar invasion begins!

Aquatica: Cold Waters is an expansion for the deck-building card game Aquatica. It adds several modules: a new type of location, new ocean creature cards, new kings, tribe cards with their own board and an alternative mechanic that replaces the goal track of the base game. It also includes all the components needed to welcome a fifth player.

Aquatica: Cold Waters is for you if you already know Aquatica and want to refresh your games, play with five around the table or simply add a dose of variety to your hand management and drafting strategies. Solo players and groups of two or three will also find new options.

The game Aquatica was designed by Ivan Tuzovsky and this expansion is illustrated by Oleg Proshin.
